Domaine Bliemerose

Domaine Bliemerose

The Bliemerose domain is rich in a three-generation wine-making past 2003, born from the passion of Christophe Maetz and Carmelle Simon-Maetz for wine.

Carmelle perpetuates this sensitively captivating and harmonious wine culture to keep Domaine Bliemerose’s wines “special”.

Balance, finesse and elegance: the Domaine seeks the naturalness of wines. The Domaine’s wines are exclusively gourmet and upscale, and are made from certified organic grapes since 2010 and in conversion.

Bliem: flower in Alsatian, is a nod to the flower of the label of the wines of the Domain. Bliem also expresses the floral character of our wines.

The winegrower planted vineyards when he took over the Domaine, his grandfather planted there more than 80 years ago. The Domaine’s philosophy is to select only vines that are over 12 years old to bottle.
