Light lemon yellow colour with green highlights.
The wine’s tears are thick and fast.
The disk is fine, the nose expressive and pleasant on an exotic tone: pineapple, lychee, papaya, evolving on rose and spices.
The mouth remains ample and pleasant with a warm finish on spices and bitter almond. A pleasant and balanced wine.
pear au gratin with Roquefort cheese, millefeuille of duck foie gras and smoked duck breast.
