The wine has a light cherry red colour with a medium intensity.
The nose is expressive with notes of stewed fruit and flowers.
When aired, notes of stewed strawberry, hawthorn, carnation, cherry stone and clove are revealed.
In the mouth, the wine remains supple with a touch of sour cherry, which refreshes the palate.
A supple and delicate wine.
A stuffed suckling pig accompanied by a potato gratin with cream or a plate of Alsatian charcuterie.
