Pale, bright yellow colour with green reflections.
The first nose is expressive and pleasant with white flowers and white fruits. Lime blossom, acacia, pear and lemon intermingle to bring a beautiful aromatic complexity.
The mouth is ample and supple with a spicy finish.
A wine that can be served with a salad of red mullet with artichokes or a filet of roasted sturgeon on a bed of sauerkraut with beurre blanc.
