The wine has a deep yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose of undergrowth opens on green apple and white flowers.
The attack is supple and fresh, then evolves on citrus fruits, lemon and fresh herbs.
A wine to be opened with a trout gougeonette salad with cream and bacon sauce or a winegrower’s salad.
