Cave de Cleebourg
A glittering pale lemon yellow with silvery green highlights.
The legs are fine and fast. The first nose is pleasant, on greedy notes of fresh fruits such as apple and lemon. It evolves with aeration on a note of bitter almond.
Its fresh structure evolves on notes of menthol and grapefruit. A characteristic wine of its own cepage.
A “Pâté en croûte” or tarragon pressed of rabbit with rawness will combine with this wine, a beautiful gastronomic joust.
