The Crémant d’Alsace Brut “Cuvée des Hospitaliers” is the best selection among our cuvees.
With it’s yellow clear robe with a delicate effevescence, this crémant (white) fresh and fruity conjuguate fineness and persistence to bring you a delightful moment.
Exclusively available at the Historic Wine Cellar of Strasbourg.
“Brut” means that this Crémant contains less than 15g per liter of sugar.
It is actually not too soft, either dry.
Coming from the grape varieties Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot gris and Pinot Noir, it would ideally be served at a 7 – 8°C temperature.
