Historic Wine Cellar of Strasbourg Hospices

A light yellow, golden color. The first nose is delicate, with notes of old rose, sandalwood and musk, then evolves into a complex bouquet of jasmine, ripe fruit, English candy and chesnut cream. The attack is supple and the aromas in the mouth are faithful to the nose, a fine wine of gastronomy, on delicacy and with liveliness.
