Light yellow with green hues, the wine is limpid and bright.
The nose, very charming, offers an aromatic palette on notes of yellow fruits with stones, such as apricot and peach, an expression of undergrowth, honey and wax.
The unctuous, generous and ample mouth makes an original wine to discover.

Suggest to accompany with a roasted chicken “en cocotte” and a gratin Dauphinois or a wing of ray with hazelnut butter of Grenoble.
