The colour is a beautiful, deep lemon yellow, with a brilliant, sparkling appearance.
The discreet aromatic expression develops notes of heather honey, mimosa and Reine Claude. When aired, the wine develops aromas of apricots, undergrowth and fresh butter.
The mouth is frank and well structured with a freshness and a warm and smooth finish. A racy, dry and fruity pinot gris.
Liver quenelle, fried apple with bacon and onions. Pork curry, madras rice. Munster cheese millefeuille, pink radish salad.
