The wine’s colour is light yellow with silver reflections.
The nose opens with dried fruits, such as currants, and then evolves to flint.
The attack is supple, the minerality is very compact, the wine has a magnificent persistence.
The aromas then evolve on honey, heather and undergrowth.
A meditative wine that will open up magnificently after a few years of cellaring or with a lobster bisque.
