Clear lemon yellow colored robe, bright and limpid with slow and thick legs.
The nose is rather intense with marzipan pastry, vanilla and empyreumatical notes. During aeration, caramel almond and yellow peach complets the aromatic expression.
In mouth the wine is warm, on a soft liquor, salty and spicy.
To accompany a cep risotto with parmesan chips or a fine slice of shaved foie gras and patanegra ham.
