The wine has a deep lemon yellow colour with silver highlights.
The first nose is discreet with notes of exotic fruits and leather. When aired, the wine takes on notes of yellow fruit and candied blood orange, lime blossom and marzipan.
The warm mouth is silky and well-balanced with a beautiful sweetness, all lacy and fresh. A very pretty wine, all in harmony.
Salted Kougelhof with smoked bacon or a sheep’s cheese such as Ossau-Iraty with orange marmalade
