Black cherry color, bright and limpid, rather intense, with thick, slow and colorful legs.
The first nose is pleasant and intense, with notes of black fruit and jammy red fruits. During aeration, black cherry notes appear with woody and liquorice notes.
The attack on the palate is greedy, fruity with freshness. A very nice wine, with a beautiful structure. A greedy and gastronomical wine.
Poultry of Alsace roasted on a spit with apple juice mashed potato or cheeks of beef with pinot noir with fresh pasta.
