Cave de Cleebourg
The wine has a light cherry red colour with ruby highlights.
The first nose is expressive with notes of stewed red fruit, when aired the wine reveals fine spicy notes on a background of bitter almond.
The attack is supple with notes of fresh cherry juice, strawberry, raspberry, with a warm and spicy evolution on the quetsche, the dry tannins are melted. A supple and delicate wine.
Plate of cold meats or Pâté en croûte with raw vegetables.
