Cave de Beblenheim
The wine has a light lemon yellow color with golden highlights.
The first nose, discreet, is revealed with aeration on notes of white flowers, honey and white fruits.
On the palate the wine is subtle, delicate, marked by the size and fatness of the mid-palate. It continues on a fruity, mineral, saline and iodine finish.
Red mullet salad with artichokes and herbs or roast pike in one side sauce with leek fondue. Millefeuille de Saint-Jacques, Sabayon with chives.
