Alsaces Backert
The colour of the wine is light yellow with silvery green reflections. The first nose opens on lemongrass oil and cumin, then evolves on fennel after aeration.
The attack is frank on citrus fruits, which evolves on undergrowth and spices with a mineral and unctuous finish.
