Light yellow in colour with green highlights. The tears are thick and wide.
The first nose is expressive, characteristic of the grape variety, evolving on ripe yellow lemon, lime and a mineral touch. The palate is supple, fresh and full-bodied. A wine of character with good balance.
pike-perch, sauerkraut with white butter, poultry with lemon and Basmati rice.
