The wine has a light yellow colour with silver highlights.
The nose opens with smoky and mineral notes, with a hint of lime, then evolves into spices.
The attack is supple, clean with mineral and lemon notes, and a very long finish of gunflint.
Wine to be cellared, or decanted to enjoy.

Seafood platter or with a meditation.
