Brilliant and clear.
The first nose is expressive and pleasant with yellow fruits, honey and white flowers.
Little evolution with airing.
The mouth remains ample and supple with a nice balance.
The finish is fresh with a slight bitterness. A wine of delicacy and finesse.
A nice wine for gastronomy, to accompany grilled fish or fine charcuterie or for tasting with friends.
