The wine’s colour is a sparkling, brilliant golden yellow with old gold highlights and thick, slow tears. A fine, clean disk.
The first nose is frank and delicate. On aeration, an elegant bouquet develops with notes of grapefruit, rose, candied fruit and saffron.
On the mouth, the wine is smooth and round, with a harmonious finish and a hint of salinity. The aromas of rosebuds, citrus fruit and cloves assert themselves.
