The wine has a light lemon yellow colour.
The wine is expressive and pleasant with notes of lemon, beeswax and candied apricot. When aired, notes of honey, blood orange and marzipan complete the aromatic palette.
The mouth is ample and supple with a hint of freshness. A wine full of suppleness and finesse.
Fleischschenke with cream. Half-cooked langoustines with cardamom and candied vegetables.
