The wine is a brilliant pale yellow colour with silver-green highlights.
The first nose is pleasant and marked by citrus notes such as lemon, pink grapefruit, a note of fennel and menthol completes this fragrance characterising a racy wine.
The mouth is ample with a nice balance and finishes on a refreshing and fruity note. A very harmonious wine to be enjoyed today but which can wait a few years in the shelter of a cellar.
Chicken escalope in cordon bleu sauce, fried potatoes. Blanquette of monkfish with vegetables.
