The wine’s robe has a light lemon yellow color with green reflections.
The nose is pleasant and very characteristic of the Riesling grape.
After airing, notes of white flowers, broom, lemongrass, white peach and lime blossom are revealed.
The palate is supple with freshness on a mineral finish. A wine of freshness and finesse
Winegrower’s pie, lamb’s lettuce salad. Pan-fried frog legs with chicken sauce. Pike dumplings with Riesling sauce, fresh noodles.
