The wine has a sparkling pale yellow colour with green highlights. The wine offers aromatic notes of exotic fruits and citrus, evolving to baked honeyed apple, rosebuds and jasmine.
The mouth is supple and round with a nice balance on a warm finish.
A raw marinated salmon or a bouchée à la Reine.
