The wine is a deep lemon yellow colour.
The nose is open and pleasant with notes of herbs, flowers and passion fruit. With airing, the wine evolves towards notes of honey, yellow fruit and cedar.
The palate is ample and supple with aromas of yuzu lemon and honey.
A wine that may need to be decanted to be enjoyed with sushi and maki.
