Cave du Roi Dagobert
The wine has a light yellow colour with silvery green reflections. The first nose opens with flint and herbs and then evolves to sage.
The attack is supple and the mid-palate frank, with a nice acidic structure, followed by a finish of fat and minerality.
Rabbit with a duo of old-fashioned mustard and sage sauce with sautéed apples, or Arctic char fillets, Riesling sauce and melting apples.
