The wine has a pale yellow colour with silver reflections.
The nose remains discreet and opens on figs or dried fruits.
The attack is supple and ample, evolving on undergrowth and candied fruits, ending on spices and fresh citrus fruits.
A wine to accompany a terrine of poultry liver with pistachios on a mesclun of salad with raspberry vinegar or a salad of gizzards in the countryside.
