This wine has a beautiful, bright, light cherry red colour with purple highlights.
The nose is expressive and pleasant with notes of small red fruits.
A second, more expressive nose of cherry, liquorice and plum.
The mouth is supple on fruit notes with a presence of tannins and spicy notes.
A beef with carrots and fresh pasta or a ham in a crust with pommes allumettes.
