It is in respect of the family wine traditions that, from generation to generation, the know-how is transmitted as well as the passionate relationship that binds us to our terroir. We are committed to a respectful approach of the environment since 1999. Our wines are certified Organic Agriculture. Our domain of 11 ha is divided into many plots on the best terroirs of Barr and its surroundings. The most famous are: “The Clos de la Folie Marco” (Sylvaner and Riesling), the “Clos Gaensbroennel” (Gewurztraminer), we also cultivate 5 hectares on the Grand Cru Kirchberg Barr, magnificent terroir Marno-limestone. The attachment that binds us to our land is deeper and deeper.
Our knowledge of the soil, our biological practice of winemaking allow us to transcribe in our wines a very fine minerality, a complex salinity. The pursuit of purity is a daily struggle, a relentless goal. Humility in the face of our Earth is a leitmotiv that guides us … since 5 generations.
