The wine has a pale ruby red colour with pink highlights.
The nose is discreet with notes of leather and undergrowth. When aired, notes of morello cherry, carnation and spicy vine peach assert themselves.
The palate is supple with cherry notes and firm tannins that make the wine austere in the mouth. To be enjoyed around 14°C

Pork cheeks confit with potato purée or free-range poultry with pinot noir, tagliatelle with wild mushrooms.
