The wine has a pale lemon yellow colour with green highlights.
The nose is pleasant and very expressive with floral notes of rose, lemon and beeswax. On aeration, notes of white nettles and lime blossom complete this aromatic complexity.
The mouth is built around a beautiful freshness marked by fullness and fatness. A racy and elegant wine, delicately fruity with a mineral finish.
Chinese fondue or snail puff pastry with herb cream sauce or pike and crayfish kougelhopf with riesling sauce.
