The wine is light yellow in colour with silvery green highlights.
The first nose opens with lemongrass and citrus fruits and then evolves to aniseed.
The attack is supple but straight with a growing minerality, which confirms the aniseed and evolves on orange blossom.
Levaknepfla and minced veal with orange blossom or colombo of monkfish medallion on polenta.
