The wine has a pale yellow colour with silvery green reflections.
The first nose opens with spices such as pepper and turmeric with light notes of white fruit that evolve into citrus.
In the mouth, the attack is supple, with a nice freshness and confirms the spicy nose, a fresh finish.
Snacked scallops just seasoned and morel risotto or Cod with Chinese noodles sautéed with spring vegetables.
