The wine has a light yellow colour with light reflections.
The nose is open with notes of white flowers and yeast evolving to exotic fruits and musky notes.
The palate is round and supple with a honeyed note on a bitter orange finish.
A youthful wine to be served with a gourmet aperitif.
Lamb curry and basmati rice or Roasted mango and coconut ice cream. Rack of pork lacquered with honey and candied grenaille spices.
