The wine is pale yellow in colour with green highlights.
The nose is pleasant with smoky and floral notes. The nose evolves on notes of pears in syrup and mushroomy notes.
The mouth is supple and spicy. A wine of elegance and finesse.

Fish tapas or Plate of Fourme of Ambert with roasted pears.
