Light lemon yellow with green highlights, the wine has a beautiful shine and clarity.
The nose is rather intense, with notes of floral and muscat, rose and honey. The aeration develops notes of crushed mint, musk and yellow fruits such as mango and passion fruit.
The ample, warm mouth offers a nice balance on spicy and fruity.
An accord of pure pleasure on a tatin of mirabelle ice cream vanilla Bourbon or a thin pie with caramelized mango.
