Light lemon yellow with green hues, the robe is bright and limpid, with thick legs.
The nose is rather intense, with exotic and floral notes. During aeration, the rose, the fresh almond, the passion fruit and the peach are revealed.
In the mouth the wine is straight and slender, on a well balanced liquor and a mineral finish. The presence of carbon dioxide in suspension will be attenuated by fast curing time or decanting.
A wine to come up and to propose with a success with orange blossom, mandarin sorbet or apricot Tatin with vanilla ice cream
