Historic Wine Cellar of Strasbourg Hospices

The wine is a brilliant golden yellow color.
The first nose is expressive and very typical, on rose, lychee, mango and ripe pineapple, black cherry confit. During aeration, notes of quince paste, broom and forest honey are revealed.
The attack is supple, the mouth creamy and velvety, of a beautiful structure, on aromas faithful to the nose. Final on fresh quince and spices such as pepper and cloves.
A very beautiful classic.
