The nose is rather intense, with notes of exotic fruits and honey. During aeration, the mango and the passion fruit characterize this wine aromatically.
The palate is supple with a sweet, tangy feel on a spicy finish.
A wine on the youth, in the making, all restraint for now while waiting for the balance that suits it.
To be paired with exotic fruit Millefeuille or exotic fruit Tartar with kaffir lime.
