The first nose is discreet with flowers and white fruits and evolves on small mentholated notes. The attack is supple.
The mouth is round and greedy with freshness and citrus notes.
A wine of pleasure to be associated with a filet of Arctic char, white butter sauce and steamed potatoes or an onion tart.
