The wine has a golden yellow colour with golden highlights.
The first nose is discreet, with notes of old rose and spices such as cloves and star anise.
The mouth is ample and generous and the finish is spicy and salty.

To be enjoyed with foie gras brioche with quetsch chutney or a Pont l’évêque cheese.
