Domaine Bruno Hertz
The wine has a pale yellow colour with emerald hues.
The first nose is exuberant with rose, grapefruit zest and evolves on spices and bergamot.
The attack is supple.
The palate is ample and generous, spices intermingle with flowers and exotic fruits. The spicy finish leaves us with a very original Gewurstraminer.
To be enjoyed with duck foie gras fried with exotic fruits or with a muster and mesclin of salad.
Apéritif, buffet, crudités Fromages forts (munster, roquefort...) Viande blanche, volaille
