The wine’s colour is a light yellow with silver highlights.
The nose opens with undergrowth and grapefruit.
The attack is supple with freshness, then evolves towards citrus aromas (yuzu lemon).
The wine has a good length.
A charming wine to be enjoyed with fried carp from the Bruche valley or with a velvety wood mushroom dish.
