A light yellow robe with green hues.
A pleasant and fresh nose, with exotic tangerine aromas, yellow fruit macedonia. The second nose evolves on beeswax and undergrowth.
On the palate the wine is supple, on the fruit, with a spicy finish. A balance on a fine freshness.
Wolf carpaccio with basil and lime. Escalope with a plancha sauce, Noilly-Prat cream with saffron pistil and Granny Smith sticks.
