The wine has a light yellow colour with golden highlights.
The first nose is expressive with notes of yellow and even exotic fruits, then evolves on notes of spices and undergrowth.
The attack is supple.
The mouth is opulent and warm with notes of spices and ripe fruit.
To be served with a Chop suey but also with veal paupiette with cream.
