Pinot Gris BACKERT
The wine is light yellow in colour with golden highlights.
The nose is exuberant with notes of lychees, roses and spices.
The palate is full, smooth and warm, but the fresh finish balances the wine at the end.
To be enjoyed with a salmon carpaccio with citrus fruits or vol-au-vent and spatzle.
