The wine has a deep lemon yellow colour with silver highlights.
The first nose is very pleasant with notes of candied fruit, orange marmalade and marzipan. When aired, the wine develops notes of clementine, citron and papaya.
The mouth is ample and supple with a nice balance, unctuousness and fatness and finishes with a spicy finish.
Poached turbot, steamed apple maltaise sauce. Supreme of guinea fowl with mushroom cream, creamy polenta.
