The wine has a light yellow colour with green highlights.
The nose is pleasant but moderately intense with notes of white flowers and citrus fruits.
The mouth is supple and refreshing with a nice minerality. A dry wine with lemony notes.
Marinated salmon and toasted country bread. Or wait 2 to 4 years to accompany it with a minced chicken with cream and spaetzle.
