The wine’s colour is black cherry red with purple highlights.
The nose is very pleasant with a very greedy expression of fresh cherry notes. On aeration, the notes of cherry pit, liquorice, cocoa and vanilla. A youthful wine with a lot of delicacy.
In the mouth the wine is supple and smooth with a beautiful harmony. A wine full of greed to be enjoyed for its fruit now or to be cellared. A great wine with character.
Lamb tagine or pan-fried fillet of doe with ripe autumn fruits, butternut squash purée or beef aiguillette, vegetable jardinière.
